I work as a consultant to small hospitality and food based businesses.
I offer simple solutions to the everyday issues of kitchen management and administration, with the aim of helping chefs and managers to improve their business operations and income.  My services include analysing food costs
and sales, standardising recipes and menus, catering advice, coaching and
mentoring for people new to the food business, and record keeping with MYOB.
