After working in the hospitality industry as a qualified chef for over 20 years, Jo Voight is now running Kitchen Kaizen. She has worked in restaurants, cafes, pubs, catering companies, her own catering involvements and also residential health retreats. More recently her focus has been management, administration, costing, major event logistics and teaching various cooking classes. She is especially interested in supporting organic, local and sustainable food sources. Her focus now is to help others run their food business successfully,
enjoyably and profitably.
